“In the end we will conserve only what we love; we will love only what we understand; and we will understand only what we have been taught.”

That famous saying, by the Senegalese conservationist Baba Dioum, sums up why education plays a vital supporting role to all our work. Through educational outreach, we empower our members, the public, the media and decision-makers to effectively weigh in for wildlands protection.

At present we have three main educational programs:

Hike Series
